Generate and Sign Service Agreement:
Fill out business information
In order to generate your custom service agreement you will need to fill out the brief form at the bottom of this page with information about you and your business.
Sign the Agreement
After you hit submit, you will be redirected to the service agreement and asked for an electronic signature. You may print or download the agreement for review before signing.
When you are ready to sign, simply scroll down to the bottom of the document, provide your electronic signature, and press “Agree and Sign.” A copy of the signed service agreement will be emailed to you. If you did not receive an email please check your spam folder. If you still do not see the email, contact us.

Courses Per Year
The program runs on a semiannual or quarterly basis. While all organizations will benefit from the quarterly program, we especially recommend it to those that have not conducted cyber-awareness training in the past.
# of Participants
Pricing is $20 per employee semiannually or $25 per employee quarterly, with a $1,000 minimum for both.
Desired Start Date
Select the date you would like to start the program. Please ensure your start date is during the work week. Later on, in your call with a program representative, we will ensure this date will work for all parties.
Alongside phish simulations, each quarter employees will engage in a month long course consisting of daily micro-lessons. For the quarterly program, you are able to choose the order of courses for the first three quarters. The fourth quarter course will be a review of what participants learned throughout the year.
Fill out your contact information
This should be the information of the individual serving as the primary contact for the program. They will be in contact with a program representative and will receive updates on employee progress throughout the duration of the program.
Make your payment
You will be redirected to a secure checkout page to enter your payment information.

You have 15 days after the launch of the course to cancel and receive a full refund. Please refer to our Master Services Agreement for our cancellation policy after that period.
After making your payment you will receive an email confirming your payment. If you do not see the email after a few minutes, check for it in your spam filter. If you still do not see it, contact us.
Upload Data File
The email will also include a link to securely upload a data file containing some basic information about all participating employees. In order for us to enroll participants in our online courses you will need to upload a .csv file containing only your employees’ email, first name, and last name. Please ensure your file is formatted exactly like the example image to the right.
For greater ease, you may also download and fill out a template file.
